During college, I lived under the weight of the lie that “it’s all up to me.” From trying to discover who I was to sorting through my emotions, I felt constant pressure to figure everything out alone. Even when I opened up to friends, I often left more confused and frustrated, convinced that I could only rely on myself.

But everything changed when I began to grow in the Lord. I discovered the freedom of turning to the Holy Spirit for wisdom and leaning on God’s people for guidance. Out of that transformation, GLOW Faith-Based Life Coaching was born, a space where women can release the pressure of doing life alone and step into God’s truth, healing, and freedom.
